Administration Fee – Multi-Day Reservations
All multi-day trip reservations will have an added 3% administration fee. If you have questions about this fee, please call us directly at (406) 387-4405.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
For all overnight trips, a 25% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit for each participant is required to reserve a trek. For daily trips full payment is required for all advanced reservations, a full refund, less a 3% credit card processing fee, will be granted with at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. Within 48 hours of the trek, the reservation becomes non-refundable. All fishing services are offered under Montana License #11300, Patrick M. Custom Llama Treks and Special Trips
While we offer the ability to ensure a private guide to our listed trips at the rate of $175 per day, some groups may be interested in a truly unique and special llama adventure. Contact us to discuss prices for custom llama treks and pack trips. Considerations in pricing include length of trip, number of participants, and number and skill of guides needed.
