Reserving a space on your Swan Mountain Llama Trekking trip is as easy as 1-2-3!

1. 1. First just select your desired dates (see Rates & Dates – At a Glance) If you need flexibility on your dates from those you see listed, just give us a call at 1(800) 919-4416 or e-mail us.
2. 2. Fill out the SMLT Trip Request Form below after reviewing our Terms and Conditions.
3. 3. After we have confirmed space is available, just pay your 25% of the trip cost. WE TAKE MASTERCARD AND VISA!
4. 4. After your deposit is received, we will send you a receipt that will contain your itinerary, total trip cost, and balance due.
5. If you are going on a fishing trip, we will also email you the link for the on line application for a fishing license. When you receive your link, fill it out on line.
6. 5. After receiving your trip’s itinerary from us, make reservations for your flight to arrive a day prior to your trip and depart a day after. If you are planning on us to pick you up or drop you off, please book your flights with mid-day arrival/departure times.
7. 6.  Please note that you do not have a reservation until a deposit is received.  All deposits are considered non-refundable.
